My path to becoming a spiritual life coach is deeply rooted in my personal experiences. Growing up in a council house estate in Ireland, I witnessed personal and social poverty, alcoholism, and violence, all while being raised by a single mother to five children. Dancing became my sanctuary, my therapy, and at 16, I began working as a Dance Instructor trainee, which shifted my focus toward self-improvement and a desire for a better life. This led me to study Social Care, driven by a passion to help disadvantaged individuals. I overcame a four-year battle with Anorexia through therapy. I graduated college with a level 8 degree in Social Care Practice which led me to working with children in care. Feeling a deeper calling, I sought guidance from a Shaman named Pat Dillane, who helped me heal childhood trauma and connect with my intuition and spirit guides. I became a Reiki Master, Aromatherapist, Masseuse, and Sound Healing therapist. In 2023 I travelled Australia for a year and became a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor, I returned to Ireland in 2024 with the vision to run my own dance and wellness business, guiding others towards their authentic soul purpose.

More than just a profession, this is my soul purpose and calling. Driven by a genuine desire to help others, I prioritise accessibility over financial gain, ensuring my services are available to all.
